Chicks with Sticks

My wonderful friend (find her A to Z challenge over at Creative Therapy) gave me this awesome Chicks with Sticks Guide to Crochet for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. I've dabbled more with knitting than crochet, but I'm really excited to give this a go and make some of the items in the book.

With lots of projects in the pipeline, finding time for a new hobby can be really difficult! But the great thing about knitting or crochet is that once you have the basics under control you can just chill out in front of the TV with your needles and let your hands do all the work.

I'd love to hear about any new hobbies that you have recently taken up, or are thinking of taking up! What has been stopping you if you haven't already started? Leave me a comment below :) Thanks for visiting!
